Pilates Tower

The Pilates Tower is a versatile piece of equipment designed to strengthen, lengthen and align the body through spring-based resistance. Built with a stable mat base and an upright frame with adjustable springs, bars and straps, the Tower supports precise, controlled movement that challenges your core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility.

Our Pilates Tower classes are where the magic of mindful movement happens. Rooted in the classical principles of Pilates, these sessions focus on control, form and alignment - helping you build a strong, resilient body and a calm, connected mind. With expert instruction and a nurturing atmosphere, these classes are ideal for anyone wanting to move with more intention, precision and purpose.

Traditional Classes

Our Traditional Classes offer a dynamic blend of movement styles designed to build strength, flexibility and balance. Alongside Classical Mat Pilates, you’ll find energising Barre sessions, mindful Yoga practices and functional training with Kettlebells – all taught by expert instructors.

Whether you’re refining your Pilates technique, boosting endurance or improving mobility, these classes provide a strong foundation for total-body fitness in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Infrared Hot Classes

You will experience full mind and body transformation in our infrared heated studio. Heated to 38°C for the ultimate low-impact, high-energy workout. Led by expert instructors, our classes include Hot Pilates, Hot Kettlebells, Hot Sculpt, Hot Barre and Hot Yoga. Expect high energy, uplifting music and great vibes.
