This course has been thoughtfully designed as a scaled back alternative to a full Cadillac training, created specifically for qualified Pilates teachers who are looking to teach Tower classes using either wall-mounted units or reformer-attached towers.

What will I learn?
By the end of this training you will have the knowledge and confidence to set up and use the Pilates Tower apparatus effectively, with a clear understanding of its functionality — whether working with wall mounted towers or towers attached to reformers.
You will be equipped to teach a comprehensive repertoire of Tower exercises, delivering precise and purposeful instruction rooted in classical Pilates principles with a blend of contemporary flow.
The course also covers class planning, sequencing and creativity, encouraging teachers to blend structure with flow and bring their own style to the Tower. Most importantly, it’s about building confidence and enjoying the process, because teaching movement should feel as good as doing it.
What do I need to complete to course?
If you hold a Level 3 (or above) Pilates Mat certification, have a genuine passion for teaching and you're committed to growing as a Pilates professional — then yes, this course is made for you.
